Equity ownership has been consolidated under the control of the private investment group that's been overseeing operations since the restructuring in 2006. This new round of financing will assist Zultys in funding its next wave of growth and expansion.

The investors and employees of Zultys thank Mr. Avi Wienrib for his leadership over the past 18 months that has positioned Zultys for the next surge of growth. With the transfer of ownership, plans are underway to escalate Zultys to the next level.
